Part-time Chairperson
Smt. Jaya  Verma Sinha has been appointed as Part-time Chairperson of the Company w.e.f 6th September 2023 


Managing Director 
Shri Ravindra Kumar Jain, IRSE, has assumed the charge of Managing Director of Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited on 11.12.2020. He is an officer of ‘Indian Railway Service of Engineers’ (IRSE) of 1986 batch. He completed his B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from MNIT, Jaipur and M.Tech. in ‘Environmental Engineering’ from University of Roorkee (now IIT, Roorkee).
Before joining DFCCIL, he was posted as Chief Administrative Officer/Construction for Eastern Railway, Kolkata. Prior to that he worked as Executive Director, Civil Engineering/Plg, Railway Board.
From 2017 to 2019, he was ‘Divisional Railway manager, Samastipur (ECR). His tenure is remembered for Mithila painting at entire Madhubani station and then on the rake of Bihar Sampark Kranti. For this, his team was honored by Hon’ble Minister Railway and later also by Chairman, Railway Board. He was also been adjudged as Outstanding DRM in 2018 for manning large nos. of unmanned LCs is a very short time bound schedule.
He also worked as Chairman, Railway Recruitment Board, Ajmer for about two years, where he was part of team for first time online exams (CBT) by RRBs.
He worked as Chief Project Manager, Ajmer for Dedicated Freight Corridor Project and his Unit was adjudged as Outstanding Field Unit in 2011. He has worked in various construction projects for Gauge conversion and doubling as Deputy Chief Engineer at Jaipur, Ahmedabad and Mumbai. He also worked as ADRM at Rangiya division, NFR.
He has been awarded at various occasions with ‘General Manager’s medal’ and ‘Letter of Appreciation’ for meritorious works on various occassions.
He visited Tokyo, Kyoto & Osaka(Japan) as team leader for studying track maintenance practices in Japanese Railways as part of ‘Track maintenance group’ of IR in 2019.
He has attended ‘Executive Leadership Programme’ at Bocconi Business School, Milan, Italy in May 2018.
He also attended training programme on ‘International contracts’ at Tokyo organized by JICA in 2010. He was also part of IR delegation for study of station designs at Toronto and London in 2006.

Director Finance

Shri Hira Ballabh, an IRAS officer, assumed the charge of Director Finance, DFCCIL on 05.05.2020. Prior to this, he was FA&CAO with Northern Railway. After graduation from DSB college Nainital and Masters and MPhil from JNU New Delhi, he also did his MBA(Finance) from SMU. He has rich exposure of working in Finance and Administration in multiple organisations. He was in charge of Finance in three Railway divisions i.e, Mumbai VT, Bhusawal and Bhopal. He also worked with Metropolitan Transport Project, Mumbai. As Director(Finance) of New Delhi Municipal Council(NDMC) he was associated with key urban renewal and infrastructure projects executed through various modes of Financing. Mr.Hira Ballabh had a unique opportunity to chair the Accounting Reform Committee of NDMC. Further, he also worked with Freight Operations Information System (FOIS), Computerisation and taxation in Railways. He also had stint in Production Unit, Procurement wing and Traffic Earnings. He has vast exposure of Sports administration and Financing. While working as Secretary and ED of the Sports Authority of India (SAI) he is credited with improving the Financial position of the  organisation.
Mr. Hira Ballabh has attended various events, seminars and trainings in India and abroad. He participated in negotiations abroad and represented India. Mr.Hira Ballabh has received the National Award for Outstanding Services for implementing ISO 9000 in a Railway Division. He got GM’s medal and also four Efficiency Shields while working in various units. He has compiled a 'Handbook on Internal Checks', one 'Manual on Finance and Accounts' and a booklet on 'Standard Form of Templates', in addition to a number of papers on various subjects. 




Director
Project Planning
Shri Pankaj Saxena is an Indian Railways Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer of the 1987 batch and has over 33 years of experience in various aspects of Civil Engineering in Indian Railways. A highly accomplished technocrat, Shri Saxena is an M. Tech. in Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (IIT-Delhi) & B. Tech. in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee (IIT-Roorkee).  He has been extensively trained in Austria, Germany, Italy, Malaysia, Singapore and USA. Prior to his last assignment at the Railway Board, he has worked in Central Railway, Northern Railway, East Central Railway and RVNL.  He has also served as Director, Railway Board and Divisional Railway Manager (DRM), Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Division. Shri Saxena was last posted as Principal Executive Director (Bridge) at Railway Board, Ministry of Railways.


Director OP&BD

Shri Nanduri Srinivas, an officer of 1989 batch of Indian Railway Traffic Service has joined in DFCCIL as Director/OP&BD on 15/6/2020. After completing his Master Degree in Agriculture Economics from Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi, initially he has joined Reserve Bank of India as a Group B officer. In the year 1991, he has joined the Indian Railways. He has worked in important key posts of Indian Railways viz., Chief Passenger Transportation Manager and Chief Traffic Planning Manager, S.W.Rly., Hubli.
Apart from these posts held, he has also worked as Executive Director/Fuel Transportation, NTPC, Executive Director/Coal Movement, Singareni Collieries Co.Limited and General Manager, IRCTC, Hyderabad. He has got interest in outdoor sports and reading books.



Director Infrastructure

Shri Hari Mohan Gupta, is an Indian Railway Officer of 1989 Exam Batch (Indian Engineering Services, IES-89), graduated in Civil Engineering in 1988 from University of Roorkee (renamed as IIT/Roorkee) & worked as Executive Director (Works) in Ministry of Railways, Railway Board, New Delhi since 23-04-2019 to 12-10-2020.
Before joining Ministry office, he worked for 7 years on deputation on a challenging Iconic Project as Chief Project Manager of Rewari-Dadri section of Western Dedicated Freight Corridor in DFCCIL Organization and was instrumental in acquisition of land in 7 Prime Districts (Rewari, Alwar, Mewat, Gurgaon, Palwal, Faridabad & GB Nagar of UP) of National Capital Region territory, ensuring Forestry clearances in all Districts including special permission to pass through Aravali Ranges by making a tunnel in Aravalies. All Designs & Drawings of the project components were finalized during his tenure and construction activities all along the alignment started in a big way.
He is also having experience of track maintenance, repair/maintenance/operation/overhauling of huge Railway track machines responsible for laying/maintenance of Railway track network, tendering/contract finalization/arbitration/administration of Zonal Railways etc. etc. Also, during his stint in Railway Board while working as ED/Works, he helped Zonal Railways in a big way and gained lot of experience in project monitoring, financing & other related fields.


Part Time Official Director
Shri Mukul Saran Mathur, IRTS 1988 batch officer, is a Law and Management Graduate (from Delhi University and MDI Gurgaon, respectively) and has done Executive Leadership Programme from SDA, Bocconi School of Management, Milan, ltaly. Shri Mathur has previously worked as Principal Chief Operations Manager, Principal Chief Commercial Manager (West Central Railway), Chief Operations Manager/G (Northern Railway), DRM Waltair (Vishakapatnam), Executive Director/PPP (Ministry of Railways) and Director Transport Planning (Ministry of Railways). He has also worked as the Head of Asia office of International Union of Railway.
He has played a key role in initiating port/mine connectivity projects through PPP, Dedicated Freight Corridor Project, High Speed Train Project, FDl on Indian Railways and was involved in conceptualization and finalization of key infrastructure projects. He was instrumental in forming the PPP policy of 2012 and advised the drafting of concession agreements of different PPP models. He has vast experience in dealing with international transport issues and has closely worked with international organizations like UNESCAP, BIMSTEC, UIC, IHHA, SAARC, ADB. As DRM he was instrumental in rebuilding of 100 feet high KK Line Bridge in a hilly terrain in 58 days and construction of 6mtr wide FOB in Vizainagaram in 88 days.
For his contributions, he was awarded General Manager Award in 1995, Railway Ministry National Award for efficiency in 2005, Change Agent Award from Railway Ministry in 2018, Leadership Excellence Award from Ministry of Railways in 2019 and Safaigiri Award in 2019 from India Today Group. His articles have been published in national dailies (Indian Express and Financial Express), Le Rail (French Journal) and llM Ahmedabad Journal in the past. As an avid sportsman also he has built top class sports infrastructure in Vishakhapatnam, organized National Championships for boxing and weightlifting and has mentored the National Cricket Team of the Railways as Chief Selector and Manager.

Part Time Official Director
Shri Sudhendu Jyoti Sinha, an alumnus of St. Stephen's College, Delhi did his Major in History. He has experience of over 29 years in operations, infrastructure planning, coordination and management at field and policy making levels in Indian Railways with considerable success and appreciation. His performance has been recognised and awarded twice at the National level (National Award for e-Governance 2019-20, for ‘Excellence in providing Citizen - Centric Delivery’ by Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances, Govt. of India, and ‘National Award for Outstanding Service’ Ministry of Railways Govt. of India -2006) and thrice at the Ministry (of Railways) level. He also served as Dean of the Indian Railway Institute of Transport Management (IRITM), Lucknow, and General Manager Web Applications at the Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS). He has training and enrichment from Japan (Railway Management), Malaysia (ICLIF - Advance Management), Singapore (INSEAD - Advance Management), Germany (UIC) and the US (Oracle). He is the Adviser at the NITI Aayog (National Institution for Transformation of India), the apex ‘Think Tank’ of the Govt. of India.

Part Time Non-Official Director
Prof. Pawan Palta has joined as Part Time Non-Official Director on the Board of DFCCIL. Prof. Palta is Masters of Fine Arts from APJ College, Jalandar. He is serving as a Functional Director in LTR Smart Private Limited and is also running his jewellery business.

Part Time Non-Official Director
Shri Amarnath Yadav has joined as Part Time Non-Official Director on the Board of DFCCIL. Shri Yadav is BA LLB from University of Allahabad of 1992 batch. He has wide work experience as an Advocate in the District Court of Allahabad and Lower Court Phulpur, Allahabad. He also held the post of the President of Nagar Panchayat, Phulpur, Allahabad from 1995 to 2000 and from 2012 to 2017.
